No. 12. AGREEMENT RELATING TO RADIOTELEGRAPHIC COMMUNICATION BETWEEN FRENCH EQUATORIAL AFRICA AND THE ANGLO-EGYPTIAN SUDAN.


The Governor-General of French Equatorial Africa of the one part and the Governor-General of the Anglo-Egyptian Sudan of the other part;

Desiring to make provision for better communication between French Equatorial Africa on the one hand and the Anglo-Egyptian Sudan on the other hand;

Have agreed as follows:

Article I

Reciprocal radiotelegraphic communication is established between the Wireless Stations mentioned below, with the object of the exclusive exchange of official and private correspondence between the two Territories:

Abeche — El Fasher

Article II

The charge per word is fixed at ninety-five 1 (0.95) centimes (gold) whatever the nature of the correspondence.

Article III

The amount of the charges will be divided between the Territories concerned on the following basis:—

Sudan:
