Premiums on Prepayment and Redemeption

The following percentages are specified as the premiums payable on repayment in advance of maturity of any part of the principal amount of the Loan pursuant to Section 2.05 (b) of the Loan Regulations or on the redemption of any Bond prior to its maturity pursuant to Section 6.16 of the Loan Regulations:

SCHEDULE 2
Description of Project

The Borrower will construct a plant at Pacasmayo in Northern Perú for the production of Portland cement with a capacity of 350 metric tons per day (approximately 100,000 metric tons per year). The plant will be of the conventional design employing the wet process. It will include thermal steam-generating power facilities; a single residual oil-fired rotary kiln; raw-grinding and finishing mills; storage silos; a bagging plant; dust collectors; a laboratory; water, air and power distribution facilities; oil storage; and ancillary equipment. All facilities will be housed where required in appropriate buildings.
