Provided,Form of the entry may be varied. That the form before mentioned shall and may be varied and adapted to any alterations which may be made in the rates of duties upon goods, wares and merchandise, hereafter to be imported into the United States. And the entry or entries to be made by any importer, consignee or agent as aforesaid, Oath to be made on entry.shall be verified by the oath or affirmation of the person making the same, the form of which oath or affirmation shall, as the case may require, be as follows, to wit:
