To authorize the distribution within the United States of the USIA film entitled "The March". To designate August 1, 1986, as "Helsinki Human Rights Day". To authorize appropriations for nongame fish and wildlife conservation during fiscal years 1986, 1987, and 1988. To amend the Act entitled "An Act granting a charter to the General Federation of Women^ Clubs. To provide for the use and distribution of funds appropriated in satisfaction of judgments awarded to the Chippewas of the Mississippi in Docket Numbered 18-S before the Indian Claims Commission, and for other purposes. To increase the statutory limit on the public debt To provide for a temporary prohibition of strikes or lockouts with respect to the Maine Central Railroad Company and Portland Terminal Company labor-management dispute. Congressional Reports Elimination Act of 1986 To modify the boundary of the Humboldt National Forest in the State of Nevada, and for other purposes. To increase the development ceiling at Allegheny Portage Railroad National Historic Site and Johnstown Flood National Memorial in Pennsylvania, and for other purposes, and to provide for the preservation and interpretation of the Johnstown Flood Museum in the Cambria County Library Building, Pennsylvania. To declare that the United States holds certain lands in trust for the Reno Sparks Indian Colony. To provide for the exchange of land for the Cape Henry Memorial site in Fort Story, Virginia. To designate December 5, 1986, as "Walt Disney Recognition Day". Designating the week of September 21, 1986, through September 27, 1986, as "Emergency Medical Services Week". Designating the College of William and Mary as the official United States representative to the Tercentenary Celebration of the Glorious Revolution to be celebrated jointly in the United States, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
