PUBLIC LAW 99-259—MAR. 19, 1986 Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That March 1986, is designated as "Music in Our Schools Month", and all Federal, State, and local government agencies and programs, and all citizens, are called upon to show their support for music in the schools of America. Approved March 19, 1986.
