To designate the Cleveland Ohio General Mail Facility and Main Office in Cleveland, Ohio, as the "John O. Holly Building of the United States Postal Service". To amend chapter 13 of title 18, United States Code, to impose criminal penalties for damage to religious property and for obstruction of persons in the free exercise of religious beliefs. Employee Polygraph Protection Act of 1988 San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park Act of 1988. To revise the boundaries of Salem Maritime National Historic Site in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and for other purposes.
