Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF MEDICAL BENEFITS FOR CERTAIN FORMER SPOUSES.
Section 645(c) of the Department of Defense Authorization Act, 1985 (Public Law 98-525; 98 Stat. 2549), is amended by striking out lo USC 1072 "April 1, 1988," and inserting in lieu thereof "December 31, 1988,". note. Approved March 29, 1988.
