    • (F) CERTAIN SUBSIDIES ON AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS. —

Domestic support measures that are provided with respect to products listed iu Annex 1 to the Agreement on Agriculture, and that the administering aumority determines conform fully to the provisions of Annex 2 to that Agreement, shall be treated as noncountervailable. Upon request by the administering authority, the Trade Representative shall provide advice regarding the interpretation and appHcation of Annex 2. "(G) PROVISIONAL APPLICATION. — "(i) Subparagraphs (B), (C), (D), and (E) shall not apply on or after the first day of the month that is 66 months after the WTO Agreement enters into force, tmless the provisions of such subparagraphs are extended pursuant to section 282(c) of the Uruguay Round Agreements Act "(ii) Subparagraph (F) shall not apply to imports from a WT(J member country at the end of the 9- year period beginning on January 1, 1995. The Trade Representative shall determine the precise termination date for each WTO member country in accordance with paragraph (i) of Article 1 of the Agreement on A^- culture and such date shall be notmed to the administering authority.", (b) NET COUNTERVAILABLE SUBSIDY.—Section 771(6) (19 U.S.C. 1677(6)) is amended by inserting "countervailable" before "subsidy" each place it appears in the text and in the heading. PART 2—REPEAL OF SECTION 303 AND CONFORMING AMENDMENTS SEC. 261. REPEAL OF SECTION 303. (a) IN GENERAL. —Section 303 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1303) is repealed eflfective on the effective date of this title. 19 USC 1303 (b) SAVINGS PROVISIONS.— "°*®- (1) CONTINUING EFFECT OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS. —A ll orders, determinations, and other administrative actions— (A) which have been issued pursuant to an investigation conducted under section 303 of the Tariff Act of 1930, and (B) which are in effect on the effective date of this title, or were final before such date and are to become effective on or after such date, shall continue in effect according to their terms until modified, terminated, superseded, set aside, or revoked in accordance with law by the administering authority, the International Trade Commission, or a court of competent jurisdiction, or by operation of law. Except as provided in paragraph (3), such orders or determinations shall oe subject to review under section 751 of the Tariff Act of 1930 and, to the extent appHcable, investigation under section 753 of such Act (as added by this title). (2) PROCEEDINGS NOT AFFECTED. — The provisions of subsection (a) shall not affect any proceedings, including notices
