U*¤b· For the general incidoufal expenses of tho Indian service in Utah Territory, presents of goods, agricultural implements, and other useful articles, and to assist them to locate in permanent abodes, and sustain themselves by the pursuits of civilized lifé, including transportation and necessary expenses of delivering provisions to tho Indians within the Utah superintendoncy, and for subsistence and blothing for Indians looatqd in the Uintah Valley reservation, to be expended under the dircction of tho Secretary of tho Interior,. twenty thousand dollars.
