CHAP. 198.-—·An not authorizing the Second National Bank nf Watkins, New York, ———-;—-— and the Slater National Bank of North Providence, Rhode Island, to change their Dl1.l1108• Bo it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Second National States of America in Congress assembled, That the name of the Second B¤¤k of W¤*ki¤¤l National Bank, of Watkins, New York, shall be changed to the Wat- §,;m°Q· °h““g° °f kins National Bank whenever the board of directors of said bank shall ' accept the new name by resolution of the board, confirmed by a. vote of two-thirds of the stockholders, and cause a copy of such resolution, duly authenticated, to be filed vrlith the Comptroller of the Currency: Provided, That such acceptancgvbe made within six months after tho passage of this ant; and that dll expenses of such change, including that of printing and engraving, be paid by said bank.
