Fuller, postmaster at Wilton, Franklin county, lu the State of Maine, to credit the said Reuel B. Fuller with the sum of one hundred and sixty-nine dollars, that being the amount of postage stamps and postal funds stolen from the post-office of Wilton, without fault or negligence on the part of said Reuel B.
