The P0sb~OfEcc Department of the United States of America, and the ;‘;"" ` Post:-Qfllco department of the Dominion of Canada., being desirous of etfcctmg, by moans of 0. new arrangement, the unification of tho postal systems of the United States and Canada, in respect to correspondence exchanged between them, tho undersigned, duly authorized for that purpose by thou- respective governments, have agreed upon tho following articles : .
