For support of Indian industrial school at Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and Carlisle, Pa.. for transportation of children to and from said school, seventyfive thousand dollars; and said sum shall be disbursed upon the basis of on allowance not exceeding one hundred and seventy-five dollars, exclusive of transportation, for the support and education, of each scholar actually maintained in and supported and educated at said school, but actual cost of transportation and other expenses of such children as are sent out of said school among ihrmers for support and education may be disbursed from said funds; for annual allowance to Captain R. H. Payme¤¢toR. H. Pratt, in charge of sold Indian industrial school, one thousand dollars ; P¤¤¤*· iu all, seventy-six thousand dollars. For support of Indian industrial school at Forest Grove, Oregon, Forest G;-ove, thirty-tive thousand dollars; and said sum shall be disbursed upon the Oregonlmsis of an allowance of not exceeding one hundred and seventydive dollars exclusive of transportation for the support and education of each scholar; pay of superintendent, one thousand five hundred dollars; erection of buildings, to be located on land to be selected by the Secretmy of the Interior, if a suitable location and a quantity of loud ut Fmvst Grove or elsewhere, in the State of Oregon, sudicient for a
