For support of Indian industrial school at Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and Carlisle, Pa.. for transportation of children to and from said school, seventyfive thousand dollars; and said sum shall be disbursed upon the basis of on allowance not exceeding one hundred and seventy-five dollars, exclusive of transportation, for the support and education, of each scholar actually maintained in and supported and educated at said school, but actual cost of transportation and other expenses of such children as are sent out of said school among ihrmers for support and education may be disbursed from said funds; for annual allowance to Captain R.
