ELIEE OF SAMUEL HEIN: The accounting officers of the Treasury Ssmue1Hein. are authorized and directed to pass to the credit of the account of °‘““‘*““°°°““*“°’· - Samuel Hein, deceased, late disbursing agent of the Coast Survey, certain vouchers known as the De Haven vouchers, heretofore suspended aglainst the accounts of the said Hein, amounting to one thousand two undred and eighty-five dollars and eighty-five cents, and to make the necessary transfers on the books of the Treasury to close the account of the said disbursing agent; and the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay to the legal representatives of the said Samuel Hein the salary earned by and retained from him against said vouchers. RELIEF or MAx PRACHT: To authorize the accounting officers of huhwhgb the Treasury to allow the following amount, which will not involve °"°°° ’ any expenditure of moneys from the Treasury, on account of expenses of collecting the revenue from customs, eighteen hundred and ninety: Max Pracht, collector of customs, Alasdxa: For salary for services rendered by L. M. Churchhill as watchman at Wran el, Alaska, in August, eighteen hundred and eighty-nine, prior to date of official oath, twenty-four dollars. RELIEF or A. K. DELANEY: To re-imburse A. K. .Delaney, late gglhggsggéut collector of customs, Alaska, for amount deposited in excess of col- ’ lections for wharfage, August sixth, eighteen hundred and eighty- nine, ten dollars. . RE-IMBURSEMENT or Nonrn DAKoTA: To enable the Secretary of Nmh D=¥<>°¤· the Treasury to pay to the State of North Dakota, to re-imburse that State for moneys advanced in excess of the amount appropriated by Congress to defray the expenses of the constitutional convention convention oxheld at Bismarck, in said State, in July and August, eighteen hun- ¤’°”°°* dred and eighty-nine, ten thousand eight hun red and fifty-four dollars and seventy-one cents. .
