thousand dollars: Provided, That not more than eight thousand dollars

Pennsylvania, at not exceeding one hundred and sixty-seven dollars for each pupil, for transportation of pupils to and from Carlisle school, and for the repair of buildings, one hundred and five thousand dollars; and the sum of five thousand dollars of this amount to be immediately available for
