In the central division at Fort Dodge on first Tuesday in June and second Tuesday in November. In the western division at Sioux City on the third Tuesday in May and iirst Tuesday in October. In the Cedar Rapids division at Cedar Rapids on the tirst Tuesday in April and second Tuesday in September. SECTION 2.
