Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Bertha rm. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P°““‘°" “‘°"`°‘l‘ pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Bertha Test, widow of Charles S. Test, deceased, late lieutenant in the One hundred and sixteenth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, in the war of eighteen hundred and sixty one, and to pay her a pension of twelve dollars per month, in lieu of any pension to which she may be entitled under existing laws. Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P°““‘°“· pension roll the name of Mrs. Esther J. Boone, of Lincoln, Nebraska, who. by exposure and overexertion, lost her hearing while serving as a hospital nurse and sanitary agent from eighteen hundred and sixty-two till the close of the war of the rebellion, and pay her a pension at the rate oftwelve dollars per month. Approved, August 5, 1892. CHAP. 398.-An act granting an increase of pension to Jonas Deyo. August 5, 1892. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Jonny Dew- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P°““‘°“ ‘“°"“°°d‘ pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jonas Deyo, late of Company G, One hundred and thirteenth Ohio Volunteer Infantry, at the rate of thirty dollars a month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving.
