Vose, late of Providence, Rhode Island, the following described bonds of the United States, of the secondiselries, islsued under an act of Congress approved February twenty- theig teen hundred and sixty-two, namely, bonds numbered thirteen thoudand seven hundred and ninetynine to thirteen thousand eight hundred and nine, inclusive, for one thousand dollars each, amounting to eleven thousand dollars, with interest from November first, eighteen hundred and sixty- four, to March twentieth, eighteen hundred and seventy-two, the said heirs claiming that the estate of said John W.
