Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the F·L·P¤*ki¤· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P°””°"° pension roll the name of F. L. Botkin, permanently helpless son of Amos H. Botkin, late of Company G, Third Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, May 23, 1898. - CHAP. 360.-An Act To increase the pension of Franklin Hull. Mw 23.1898. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the §;*;:1ljg£;“· Bd ‘ Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the °°° ° pension roll the name of Franklin Hull, late sergeant, Company I), First Connecticut Cavalry, and to pay him a pension of thirty dollars per month, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, said pension to bein lieu of that which he now receives. Waggener, Company B, Third Iowa Infantry, and of Rufus Waggener, Company B, Third Iowa Infantry, and of Houston Waggener, of Company G, Fifteenth Iowa Infantry, and of Willis Waggener, of the Ninth Regiment Iowa Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
