Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United William ;I.0liv¤r- States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P°"“°" m°”°°°d‘ Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of William H. Oliver,. late a private in Company C of the One hundred and fourth Regiment of Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and to pay him a pension of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of the pen ion he is now receiving.
