Thompson, late a landsman on the ships Columbus and Ohio, in the United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, July 8, 1898. Chapman, late private, Company B, Fifth Battalion Ohio Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of the pension he is now receiving.
