Be it enacted tbe Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the $*09 R;P*°¤*°éd Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the °w°n m°r°°° ' pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name ot Byron R. Pierce, brigadier-general and brevet majorgeneral of United States Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the %*l“*S¤ M·Y°¤*~ Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the °°°1°°` pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lillian M. Yost, widow of Robert V. Yost, Corps G, Second District of Columbia Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 9, 1899. Huddlcston, widow of Pinkney Huddleston, of Company I, First Battalion Second Arkansas Volunteers, or mounted gun men, in the Sabine disturbances in the Southwest in eighteen hundred and thirty-six and eighteen hundred and thirty-seven, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.
