Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United {_·¤vi}-W-Truit States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the °"‘"°"‘ Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll the name of Levi M. Harmon, dependent father of William H. Harmon, late of Company B, Seventeenth Regiment Ohio Volunteers; ot James E. Harmon, late of Company B, Twelfth Ohio Volunteers; of Thomas J. Harmon, late of Company C, Twenty-ilrst Ohio Volunteers; also ot John F. Harmon, deceased, late of Company C, Twenty-tirst Ohio Volngntcers, and pay hun a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per mon . Approved, February 28, 1899. February 28, 1809.
