Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United £1i¤·eM-_Mi¤¤¤‘- l States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the °°°`°°mInterior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eliza M. Miller, widow of James H. Miller, late nrst lieutenant Company H, Fifty-fifth Pennsylvania Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month in lieu of that which she is now receiving. Torrey. Torrey, late assistant surgeon Eighteenth Regiment Missouri Infantry Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United §§:;§g;§,°,,*Q;d_ States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Charles Edson, late a private in Company C, Fifth Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month, said pension to be in lieu of that which he now receives.
