Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Vi¤¤•r.¤1’•¤·0<»¤¤- States of America in Congress assembled, That the following-described zhgimdumrhwég tracts of land, situate in the county of E1 Paso and State of Colorado, r¤¢¤··•••· namely: The northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section three; the east half of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section three; the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of section two; the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section two; the west half of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of section two; the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of section two; outheast quarter lot three, section two, and lot two in section two, all in township fifteen south, range sixty-nine west of the · sixth principal meridian, and containing one hundred and fifty-seven and twenty-seven one-hundredths acres of land, more or less, may be entered by the mayor of the city of Victor, El Paso County, Colorado, for the use of said city, subject to the legal rights of others, if any, upon paying one dollar and twentydive cents per acre and the usual fees therefor, and a patent hall issue therefor as in other cases. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United P·>¤>¤·;_=5§gg}Q_£· States of America in Congress assembled, That to enable the Commis· ` sioners of the District of Columbia to meet expenses that may be necessary for the purpose of clea.ring the Potomac River of ice, within the District of Co umbia, there is hereby appropriated, payable from any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated and from the revenues of the District of Columbia in equal parts, and to be immediately available, the sum of five thousand dollars.
