Chap. 585.—An Act Granting a pension to Lizzie M. Worster.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lizzie M. Worster, widow of Isaac H. Worster, late of Company H, Sixteenth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Maggie Fitzpatrick, widow of John Fitzpatrick, late of Company E, Eleventh Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.

Hamilton, widow of William H. Hamilton, late captain Company F, Third Regiment Connecticut Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month.
