Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ann M. Driggars, widow of Daniel T. Driggars, late of Captain Evans’s company, Georgia Volunteers, Creek Indian war, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Freeman York, late of Company I, Nineteenth Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Taylor, late second lieutenant Company F, One hundred and twenty-fifth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
