Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lorenzo D. Elmer, late of Company F, Sixth Regiment Vermont Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Finnell, late of Company B, First Regiment Washington Territory Volunteers, Oregon and Washington Territory Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.

Corr, late of Company G, Fourth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
