Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Nancy S. Marsh, widow of Luther R. Marsh, late unassigned, Twelfth Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Irving W. Coombs, late of Company H, Fifteenth Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

S. Kingsley, late of Company A, Seventy-ninth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and Company D, Fifty-first Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
