Chap. 786.—An Act Granting an increase of pension to Julius Bodenstab.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Julius Bodenstab, late first lieutenant Company I, Twenty-seventh Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James L. Ackley, late second lieutenant Company L, First Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Joshua Day, late of Company I, Seventh Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

P. Buck, late of Company D, Second Regiment Connecticut Volunteer Heavy-Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
