Chap. 805.—An Act Granting an increase of pension to Calvin E. Myers.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Calvin E. Myers, late of Company E, Fourth Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Chap. 806.—An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mildred S. Ogden.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mildred S. Ogden, widow of Julien S. Ogden, late commander, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.

Chap. 807.—An Act Granting a pension to Hannah Hall.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Hannah Hall, widow of John W. Hall, late of Company C, First Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month and two dollars per month additional on account of the minor children of said John W. Hall until they reach the age of sixteen years.

Gregory, late of Company I, Third Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
