Child to receive pension on death of mother.
: Provided, That in the event of the death of Wilhelmina McKinney, helpless and dependent child of said Franklin O. McKinney, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine: And provided further, That in the event of the death of Rebecca McKinney the name of said Wilhelmina McKinney shall be placed on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws at the rate of twelve dollars per month from and after the date of the death of said Rebecca McKinney, such pension to be paid to the legally constituted guardian of said Wilhelmina McKinney.

Chap. 937.—An Act Granting an increase of pension to William H. Dailey.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William H. Dailey, late of Company G, One hundred and eighty-seventh Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John S. Mavity, late of Company G, Twenty-fourth Regiment, and Company G, Fifty-third Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Chap. 944.—An Act To correct the military record of Carl W. Albrecht.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized to correct the military record of Carl W. Albrecht, who was enrolled into the service of the United States in Company H, Thirteenth Minnesota Volunteer Infantry April twenty-ninth, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, as Charles Albrecht, and whose name stands on the roll as Charles Albrecht. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized to have the name on the roll changed from Charles Albrecht to Carl W. Albrecht, the true name of the soldier.
