Chap. 1056.—An Act Granting an increase of pension to Emily Catlin.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emily Catlin, widow of Robert W. Catlin, late first lieutenant Company I, Twenty-eighth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.

Chap. 1057.—An Act Granting an increase of pension to Albert Costigan.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Albert Costigan, late of Company G, Third Regiment Kentucky Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Benjamin R. W. Mockabee, late of Company C, First Regiment New York Volunteer Engineers, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
