Duplicate bonds issued to estate of.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue duplicates to McHenry Robinson, executor of the estate of Elizabeth S. Cushing, in lieu of United States four per centum registered bonds, funded loan of nineteen hundred and seven, numbered ten thousand seven hundred and twenty-nine, for fifty dollars; numbered forty-eight thousand six hundred and ten, forty-eight thousand six hundred and eleven, forty-eight thousand six hundred and twelve, for one hundred dollars each; numbered twenty-four thousand two hundred and seventy, for five hundred dollars, inscribed in name of Elizabeth S. Cushing, and alleged to have been lost or destroyedProviso.
Indemnity bond: Provided, That before the issue of said duplicates the said McHenry Robinson, executor as aforesaid, shall execute or cause to be executed and deposited with the Secretary of the Treasury a bond of indemnity with good and sufficient sureties, subject to the approval of said Secretary, with condition to indemnify and save harmless the United States from any claim because of the lost or destroyed bonds.

F. R. Lanson.
Duplicate bond issued to.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized to issue to F. R. Lanson, of Tionesta, Pennsylvania, a duplicate of United States four per centum coupon bond numbered one hundred thousand and forty-four, funded loan of nineteen hundred and seven, for one hundred dollars, with interest, payable from, but not including, October first, eighteen hundred and eighty-six, the original having been burned; but before issuing said duplicate bond the Secretary of the Treasury shall take from said Lanson a bond in the sum of three hundred dollars, with two satisfactory sureties, conditioned to indemnify the United States against said original bond numbered one hundred thousand and forty-four, and all claims therein.

Pension increased.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Albert H. Taft, late of Company E, Ninth Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
