Pension.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Manlove, late of Company I, Sixth Regiment Delaware Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Phebe Sibley, widow of William Henson Sibley, late of Kenley’s battalion, Maryland and District of Columbia Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.

Root, widow of Richard Root, late major, Eighth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Cavalry, and colonel One hundred and thirty-sixth Regiment United States Colored Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
