Pension.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary A. V. Cook, widow of James S. Cook, late of Captain Hicklin’s company, Georgia Volunteers, Florida Indian war, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Philip J. Harlow, late of Company K. and hospital steward, Eighty-third Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Montgomery, late of Captain Sims's company, Texas Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
