Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Marshall Howell, late of Company H, Ninth Regiment New Jersey Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Wickham, late commissary sergeant, One hundred and twenty-third Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Du Bois, late captain Company C, Third Regiment New Jersey Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
