Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Josephine C. Chase, widow of Willis R. Chase, late of Company H, One hundred and ninety-third Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receivingProviso.
Increase to cease on death of child
: Provided, That in the event of the death of Franklin W. Chase, helpless and dependent child of said Willis R. Chase, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Forbes Homiston, late of Company K, Tenth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Lyon, late second lieutenant Company C, Twenty-third Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
