Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Weaver, late of Company H, Thirty-fifth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Enoch Stahler, late first lieutenant Company A, Third Regiment New York Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Heaney, widow of Hubert Heaney, alias Feaghey, late of Company D, Fifth Regiment New York Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
