Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Julius H. Rogge, late of Captain Voerster’s Independent Company Sappers and Miners, Missouri Home Guards, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.

Dunbar, late of Comipany A, Second Regiment Louisiana Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.

Kittridge, widow of James Kittridge, late of Captain Hodson’s company, Thirty-third Regiment United States Infantry, war of eighteen hundred and twelve, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John B. Mitchell, late first lieutenant Company B, One hundred and twenty-sixth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
