Chap. 188.—An Act Granting an increase of pension to Lewis D. Frogge.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lewis D. Frogge, late captain Company D, Twelfth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jennet Thoits, widow of Oren Thoits, late of Company I, Thirtieth Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Von Kusserow, widow of Charles Von Kusserow, late Captain Company D, Thirty-second New York Independent Battery, and lieutenant-colonel Second Regiment United States Veteran Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
