Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of George B. Hartley, late of Company K, Seventy—ninth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ellen A. Wilson, widow of William P. Wilson, late first—class fireman, United States Navy, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the minor children of said William P. Wilson until they reach the age of sixteen years.
