Chap. 428.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to John Walz.

[Prime, No. 386.1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of liggresentatives of the United mm Wm_ States of America in Ocngress assembled, at the Secretary of the Pension iucrensed. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the - pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of John Walz, late of Company A, Ninth Regiment Michigan Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of
