[Private, No. sm.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of R';presentati0es of the United mma, Caml, States of America in Congress assembled, at the Secretary of the Pension mmnlm. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the nsion roll, subject to the rovisions and limitations of the pension lirows, the name of Barney Carroll late of Company B, Thirty-sixth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that e rs now
