Chap. 1022.—An Act Granting a pension to Martha C. Watkins.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martha C. Watkins, widow of John Watkins,late of Company H, Sixty-third Regiment Enrolled Missouri Militia Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frances A. McQuaiston, widow of John C. McQuiston, late colonel One hundred and twenty-third Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry,, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month.

McQuaiston, late of Company F, Fifth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
