Rumsey. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Samuel E. Rumsey, late of Company E, Forty- fourth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pen- sion at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Harriet H. Heaton, widow of William W. Heaton, late chief engineer, ranking as lieutenant-commander, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Alexander Hawkins, late of Company B, 'One_hun- dred and seventeenth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Gilbreath, late second lieutenant Twen- tieth Battery Indiana Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay him a pen- sion at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
