Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United [ . 1 States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Adolph Spiegel. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to P"Y"‘°“tt°‘ Adol h Spiegel, as the successor of the firm of Spie el, Finkelstein and Company, the sum of four hundred and thirtyfour dollars and twenty-three cents, out of any money in the United States Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to refund duties erroneously assessed and charged on merchandise shipped from New York to Porto Rico to the lirm of Spiegel, Finkelstein and Company after April eleventh, eighteen
