Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William W. Turk, late of Company B, Sixth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Crockett, late of Company A, Forty-sixth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Ford, widow of Rufus M. Ford, late of Company C, Thirty-seventh Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.

Johnson, late lieutenant colonel Twenty-ninth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
