Schedule of tariff duties.
Ante. p. 2212.The schedule of tariff duties on imported goods annexed to this Treaty under Article V is hereby mutually declared to be the schedule agreed upon between the representatives of China and the United States and signed by John Goodnow for the United States and Infra.Their Excellencies Lü Hai-huan and Sheng Hsüan-huai for China at Shanghai on the sixth day of September A. D. 1902, according to the Protocol of the seventh day of September A. D. 1901.

And whereas the said Treaty and Annexes have been duly ratified on both parts, and the ratifications of the two governments were exchanged in the City of Washington, on the thirteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and four;
ProclamationNow, therefore, be it known that I, Theodore Roosevelt, President of the United States of America, have caused the said Treaty and Annexes to be made public, to the end that the same and every article
and clause thereof, may be observed and fulfilled with good faith by the United States and the citizens thereof.
In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the United States to be affixed.
Done at the City of Washington, this thirteenth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and four, and of the Independence of the United States the one hundred and twenty-eighth.
