Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Hogarth Lozier, late chaplain Thirty-seventh Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Buzzell, widow of Hosea Q. Buzzell, late of Company A, Thirty-second Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
